Five Elms PC Network and Bromley GP Alliance appointments

The Bromley Common Practice is part of Five Elms Primary Care Network alongside Southborough Lane Surgery, Summercroft Surgery, Norheads Lane Surgery and Stock Hill Medical Centre.

 

Extended hours appointments are now provided by Five Elms Primary Care Network as follows:

  • 7am-8am Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings with a GP at Crown Medical Centre
  • 7am-8am Monday mornings with a Practice Nurse at Crown Medical Centre
  • 6.30pm-8pm on Wednesday evenings with a Social Prescriber at Stock Hill Medical Centre
  • 6.30pm-8pm on Thursday evenings at Crown Medical Centre

 

Other appointments are available for patients from the rest of the Primary Care Network practices.

 

Bromley GP Alliance offer access to patients across Bromley from a hub at Crown Medical Centre as follows:

  • Monday-Friday 4-8pm
  • Saturday 8am-1pm
  • Sunday 8-4pm

Both Five Elms Primary Care Network extended hours and Bromley GP Alliance hub appointments should be booked via reception in the usual way.

 

Out of hours patients can also contact their GP via e Consultations service https://econsult.net/ and receive a response by the end of the following working day.

 

(If urgent medical attention/advice is required out of hours then patients should call 111 or attend their local Urgent Care Centre/Accident & Emergency as appropriate)
