Appointments are 10mins and strictly for 1 problem only. If patients have more complex requirements or have lots to discuss then they should book more than one slot. This is to help surgeries run to time and avoid other patients being kept waiting. This policy will now be strictly enforced by all GPs in response to complaints from patients regarding waiting times at the practice.
